- Free Standard Shipping: Orders $50 and over get Free Standard Shipping. Orders will leave our facility within 3-5 business days.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $50 have $7.95 Flat Rate Shipping. Orders will leave our facility within 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day): Orders will leave our facility the next business day. There are no Saturday deliveries.
- International Shipping: While we do not ship internationally, we do ship to Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
- LEAD TIME: Stock products leave our warehouse in approx. 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Longer lead times may apply during peak periods (holidays or special promotions).
- RETURN POLICY: Stock product may be returned to RuMe headquarters (mailing address below) within 30 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition unless defective. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is covered by the customer and is non-refundable. Upon returning an item to our headquarters, please include a note including your order number, contact information, and indication of whether you would like an exchange or refund for your item.
- REPLACEMENT POLICY: RuMe takes pride in the quality of products delivered to our customers; we inspect each order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. For items that show defect under normal use, we will issue a refund or exchange within 6 months of purchase date.
- RuMe has a 6-month warranty period from time of purchase. If your item breaks during normal wear-and-tear during this time period, please send us an image. We will review the image and follow up with you regarding a replacement. Please send images to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you're past the 6-month warranty period, we'll help share the cost of replacing it. Please send images to email@example.com, and we'll follow up with you shortly.

If an item you have purchased is reduced in price within one week of your order date, we will happily adjust the sale price for you, excludes Black Friday/Cyber Monday Weekend sales, holiday sales and/or promotions, and gifts with purchase which are not eligible for adjustments; other exclusions may apply.

HOLIDAY PRICING: No adjustments on prior purchases, other exclusions may apply. If a refund/exchange is requested on sales and/or offers for Black Friday, Black Friday Weekend, and/or any other sales and/or promotions, and if the total amount requested for refund falls below the promotional value required to obtain a free product and/or gift, any and all free products and/or gifts relevant to that specific sale and/or promotion must be returned within 14 business days to avoid a restocking fee of $15 on the product and/or gift not returned. Gifts may not be exchanged after the order has shipped, no exceptions.
Returned to Sender:
- If an order is returned to RuMe for an incorrect address, then RuMe will reship the order at the expense ($5.95 Standard Shipping) of the purchaser.
