Shipping:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders $30 and over get Free Standard Shipping
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $30 have $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping
  • Expedited Shipping (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day): Will leave our facility the next business day


Custom Product:

  • LEAD TIME: Customized products leave our warehouse in approx. 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Some of our custom products (such as the customized Stripe Tote) have longer lead times.
  • ART REVIEW: If this applies to your product, then it is extremely important that you review and approve custom monogram, text, artwork or imagery. RuMe will print your custom product EXACTLY as it is entered during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the customization, as RuMe does not allow returns/refunds/credits on custom product. Custom product is final sale.
  • RETURN POLICY: All customized product is final sale — we are unable to accept returns on personalized products (this includes items with monograms, custom text, image uploads and RuMe Care Warriors, to name a few). If you receive a damaged custom product, then contact our customer support - info@myrume.com - within 15 days of receiving the order. For approved damaged product, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed.
  • DESIGN ALTERATIONS: If you're unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, such as a misspelled word or custom color selections, we'll help you fix it and share the cost of replacing it. Contact customer support - info@myrume.com - to learn more.
  • WEB COLORS: Due to color variations in monitor screens, web color representations of the printed custom product may vary. Custom products are final sale, and RuMe does not accept responsibility for monitor screen color deviations.

Stock Product:

  • LEAD TIME: Stock products leave our warehouse in approx. 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Longer lead times may apply during peak periods (holidays or special promotions).
  • RETURN POLICY: Stock product may be returned to RuMe headquarters (mailing address below) within 15 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition unless defective. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is covered by the customer and is non-refundable. Upon returning an item to our headquarters, please include a note including your order number, contact information, and indication of whether you would like an exchange or refund for your item.
  • REPLACEMENT POLICY: RuMe takes pride in the quality of products delivered to our customers; we inspect each order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. For items that show defect under normal use, we will issue a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase date.

Warranty

  • RuMe has a 6-month warranty period from time of purchase. If your item breaks during normal wear-and-tear during this time period, please send us an image. We will review the image and follow up with you regarding a replacement. Please send images to info@myrume.com.
  • If you're past the 6-month warranty period, we'll help share the cost of replacing it. Please send images to info@myrume.com, and we'll follow up with you shortly.

Returned to Sender:

  • If an order is returned to RuMe for an incorrect address, then RuMe will reship the order at the expense of the purchaser.
  • If a 'custom' order is returned due to an incorrect address and the purchaser does not pay for it to be reshipped, then the order will not be refunded. All custom orders are final sale.
