RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All personalized product sales are final—we are unable to accept returns on personalized product orders (this includes monogrammed products). All other acceptable returns must be mailed back to our RuMe headquarters within 15 days of receiving the package.  Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition unless defective. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Upon returning an item to our headquarters, please include a note including your order number and indication of whether you would like an exchange or refund for your package. For refunds, please provide us with the appropriate credit card information (including expiration date and CVV), as we do not keep credit card numbers on file.

SECURE ORDERING

The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the 256-bit Secure Socket Layer protocol combined with credit card number encryption, to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than RuMe Bags.

Once you reach the buy page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in secure mode by the following:

INFORMATION COLLECTION & USE

Rumebags.com has a guest checkout process, and doesn't require the completion of a registration form. Though you can register during checkout or at any time while shopping, we strongly encourage you to first complete the registration form [and/or create a user name and password]. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services and products on our site in which you have expressed interest.

If you request our newsletter during registration, you will receive an email asking to verify your request.

RuMe Bags, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on rumebags.com. RuMe Bags collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form.
